De asemenea, volumul mare de munc\u0103, lipsa personalului, insuficien\u021ba resurselor, stresul \u0219i oboseala profesional\u0103 reprezint\u0103 realit\u0103\u021bi actuale semnificative, care contribuie la cre\u0219terea riscului de erori medicale.<\/p>\n<p>Oboseala profesional\u0103 reprezint\u0103 un fenomen care apare dup\u0103 o perioad\u0103 prelungit\u0103 sau intens\u0103 de activitate fizic\u0103 sau intelectual\u0103 \u0219i care are ca rezultat apari\u021bia unei dificult\u0103\u021bi \u00een desf\u0103\u0219urarea activit\u0103\u021bii profesionale. Mai mult, s-a dovedit c\u0103 oboseala profesional\u0103 are un efect negativ important asupra st\u0103rii de bine \u0219i a siguran\u021bei profesioni\u0219tilor din domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, precum \u0219i un impact semnificativ asupra siguran\u021bei pacien\u021bilor, fiind asociat\u0103 cu burn-out-ul profesional, vigilen\u021ba sc\u0103zut\u0103, cre\u0219terea asum\u0103rii riscurilor, afectarea interpret\u0103rii informa\u021biilor \u0219i a lu\u0103rii de decizii, cre\u0219terea vitezei de reac\u021bie \u0219i afectarea comunic\u0103rii \u00een cadrul echipei medicale<sup>1<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>Conform Organiza\u021biei Mondiale a S\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii<sup>2<\/sup>, <strong>burn-out-ul<\/strong> reprezint\u0103 un sindrom care apare ca rezultat al stresului cronic la locul de munc\u0103 \u0219i care nu a fost gestionat \u00eentr-un mod adecvat. Se caracterizeaz\u0103 prin trei dimensiuni: sentiment de epuizare; deta\u0219are, negativism sau cinism privind locul de munc\u0103; eficacitate profesional\u0103 redus\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Av\u00e2nd ca scop principal \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea siguran\u021bei pacien\u021bilor prin optimizarea siguran\u021bei profesioni\u0219tilor din domeniul s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii, EUROPEAN PATIENT SAFETY FOUNDATION (EUPSF)<sup>3<\/sup> a lansat \u00een anul 2023 Campania FIGHTING FATIGUE TOGETHER (FFT)<sup>4<\/sup>, ca o continuare la nivel european a campaniei na\u021bionale Fight Fatigue (UK, 2018)<sup>5<\/sup>.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen luna septembrie 2024, <strong>ORDINUL ASISTEN\u021aILOR MEDICALI GENERALI\u0218TI, MOA\u0218ELOR \u0218I ASISTEN\u021aILOR MEDICALI DIN ROM\u00c2NIA (OAMGMAMR) a devenit organiza\u021bie afiliat\u0103 a EUPSF<sup>6<\/sup><\/strong>. Partenerii afilia\u021bi ai EUPSF sunt reprezenta\u021bi de persoane, organiza\u021bii sau companii din mai multe \u021b\u0103ri europene, cum ar fi: Austria, Belgia, Croa\u021bia, Elve\u021bia, Germania, Olanda, Portugalia, Rom\u00e2nia, Slovacia, Spania \u0219i Suedia.<\/p>\n<p>Afilierea OAMGMAMR la EUPSF a fost anun\u021bat\u0103 \u00een mod oficial de c\u0103tre domnul Mircea Timofte, Pre\u0219edintele OAMGMAMR, \u00een data de 17 septembrie 2024, \u00een cadrul evenimentului organizat la Bucure\u0219ti cu ocazia Zilei Mondiale a Siguran\u021bei Pacientului. Invitatul de onoare al acestui eveniment a fost doamna Mirka \u010cikkelov\u00e1, Secretarul General al EUPSF, care a salutat ini\u021biativa OAMGMAMR de a se al\u0103tura eforturilor comune europene de \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021bire a siguran\u021bei pacien\u021bilor \u0219i a profesioni\u0219tilor.<\/p>\n<p>Pentru OAMGMAMR, siguran\u021ba pacien\u021bilor, precum \u0219i siguran\u021ba asisten\u021bilor medicali \u0219i a moa\u0219elor reprezint\u0103 priorit\u0103\u021bi esen\u021biale reflectate \u00een derularea de numeroase proiecte \u0219i ac\u021biuni care au ca scop \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i siguran\u021bei \u00een \u00eengrijirile de s\u0103n\u0103tate.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00cen acest context, OAMGMAMR, ca partener afiliat al EUPSF, \u00ee\u0219i propune s\u0103 dezvolte la nivel na\u021bional un proiect dedicat siguran\u021bei pacien\u021bilor \u0219i siguran\u021bei asisten\u021bilor medicali \u0219i moa\u0219elor, care are ca scop principal cre\u0219terea con\u0219tientiz\u0103rii asupra oboselii profesionale, \u0219i riscurilor asociate acesteia pentru siguran\u021ba pacien\u021bilor, at\u00e2t la nivel individual, c\u00e2t \u0219i organiza\u021bional.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Principalele obiective ale proiectului OAMGMAMR vizeaz\u0103:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dezvoltarea unei strategii na\u021bionale dedicate promov\u0103rii \u0219i implement\u0103rii campaniei FFT \u00een Rom\u00e2nia<\/li>\n<li>Dezvoltarea unei echipe na\u021bionale FFT<\/li>\n<li>Adaptarea campaniei FFT \u0219i a instrumentelor de promovare la contextul local (ex. postere, materiale video, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Dezvoltarea de canale de comunicare \u0219i de promovare a campaniei FFT<\/li>\n<li>Promovarea periodic\u0103 a materialelor informative pe tema oboselii profesionale<\/li>\n<li>Organizarea de evenimente \u0219tiin\u021bifice \u0219i cursuri de educa\u021bie medical\u0103 continu\u0103 av\u00e2nd ca tem\u0103 siguran\u021ba pacien\u021bilor \u0219i siguran\u021ba profesioni\u0219tilor<\/li>\n<li>Realizarea de studii de cercetare pentru evaluarea nivelului oboselii profesionale la asisten\u021bii medicali \u0219i moa\u0219ele din Rom\u00e2nia<\/li>\n<li>Colaborarea membrilor echipei na\u021bionale FFT cu reprezentan\u021bii altor echipe na\u021bionale FFT de la nivel european (ex.
